What are your pricing plans

Our pricing plans allow you to get up and running with a modern professional agent website and video easily. There is no inital setup fee only an on-going monthly charge for your website and optional intro video.

 

You get a website AND website intro video based on our modern professional designs. Your website is hosted with us on super fast reliable servers. In other words you get a complete working website and video tailored with your details.

Do I get a free domain name?

Domain name

A domain name is what someone types when they want to go to your website.

If you don’t already have a domain name, we can offer you a FREE one at

How often do I get billed?

You get billed every 3 months in advance, this covers your website and video hosting for the next 3 months. You can cancel your site and video at the end of any of these 3 months periods. We also offer a 10% discount on hosting if you pay yearly in advance.

How do I cancel my site?

Simply let us know that you do not want to continue with your site and video at the end of your current 3 months hosting period. There is no refund for unused hosting time.

What do you mean by no contracts?

You are not tied into any contract. You simply pay for your site every 3 months in advance, and when you want to stop your site, there are no exit fees, just let us know that you no longer need the website and we will stop billing you for it!

Will the price go up?

We have a 5 year guarantee that your plan price will not increase.

I have a friend who likes this offer, what if I refer him?

We give you 2 months free hosting for any signup’s your refer. ie Refer 2 friends and if they signup and get a website with us you will receive 2 months free for each friend, that’s 4 free months for you!

What if I want to make changes to my website?

Option 1 does not have access to website content ( we can change for you at a small charge ) Option 2 has its own admin area. You have access to all the page content and can add / modify pages when you want, free of charge.

What if I want a website based on another design I have seen?

Please contact us with your requirements and we can give you a quote on this different design.

Can my website and video be hosted elsewhere?

All websites and Videos built under the Free Website Setup Plans must be hosted on our server only. If you want to move and host your new agent website and video onto another hosting server you will be charged a setup fee. – prices start from $1895 setup ( contact us for prices ).

Can I change plan from Option 1 to Option 2?

YES, If you want to change you simply start paying the higher plan rate. You cannot downgrade a plan.

Can I move my domain name if I no longer host with you?

Yes. You will remain the legal owner of the domain name you register with us. The name can be moved or transferred. Any Free domain we give you cannot be moved ie [email protected]

What are my Options with Support & Website Changes

So what does my monthly charge pay for?

When we setup your website you are getting over $2000 worth of development for no initial setup charge. You get website, website home page slider and optional intro video.  The cost of a home page video of similar quality alone could be $999 – $3000 to setup.

What we are doing is allowing you to spread the cost of website development over a number of years , so you do not have to pay a high up-front setup fee. Our normal website hosting rate is $15 a month, so if you are on the $44 a month plan the extra $29 a month is towards your website setup time.  As you can see,  it takes many years to recoup our setup time cost, but does allow you to get a quality professional website at minimal cost. Making it possible for all agents to get a professional web presence.

Do I get a free domain name?

I am on Price Plan Option 1 - how do I change my website?

When ever you need to make a change to your website you simply use up your Support and Maintenance Bundle. 3 hour bundle    –    Cost  $180             ( You get 3 slots of 1 hour  each) You simply purchase a 3 hour Bundle and when you need to make changes you have 3 by 1 hour slots you can use up when needed.

Each time we make changes for you we simply tell you how many slots it will take before we start. ( minimum time is 1 slot ) You have a full 24 months from the date of purchase before the bundle expires. As we have much experience with your website backend, we can make changes to your website fast, keeping cost to a minimum.

If you want us to add extra pages to your website for you, it is only $60 a page which includes placing 2 images in if wanted. To pay for a support and Maintenance Bundle now please go here.

DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE!  One of the biggest mistakes we find are agents who do not keep their website content fresh and up to date. It does not look professional and for the small cost of keeping it fresh their is really no reason not too. For an average extra cost of only $80 – $180 a year you can keep your website fresh , content up to date and change your home page slider wording and images when needed.

I am on Price Plan Option 2 - how do I change my website?

If you are on Price Plan OPTION 2 you will have access to your own admin area, you can make changes to your content and add more pages by logging into this area. After we  setup your website you are entitled to a FREE 15 min phone call if needed to help you get familiar with your admin area.

You also have access to help section with videos which show you how to make changes to your website content. If you need future help and support after this with making your website changes, or find it all a bit too complex and time consuming, or just want someone else to do it all for you,  you can purchase one of our support and Maintenance Bundles.

3 hour bundle    –    Cost  $180             ( You get 3 slots of 1 hour each)

If you need future help and support after this with making your website changes, or find it all a bit too complex and time consuming, or just want someone else to do it all for you,  you can purchase one of our support and Maintenance Bundles. Our support services are available in 3 hr increments and are allocated in 1 hour time intervals.

You have a full 24 months from the date of purchase to use up the bundle. 3 hour bundle – $180   ( You get 3 slots of up to 1 hour  each)

Keeping your site fresh and up to date

DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE!  One of the biggest mistakes we find is sometimes agents do not keep their website content fresh and up to date. If you have admin access it is recommended you login and keep your site content fresh and current when needed. We find 2-3 hours is all it takes a year for the average site.

If you don’t have admin access, for an average extra cost of only $80 – $180 a year we can keep your website fresh. We will add any new content you want to place in, update your content if wanted,  and change your home page slider wording and images when needed. There are many prebuilt page sections you can place on your website pages. This video shows you how to save or add a section to any of your pages.

 

 

 

How to change Home page slider text or image

To get all the great functionality of your quality home page slider ( fading images/text positioning etc) the slider is professionally built by one of our development team. Many clients simply get us to make changes when they want to update slider, as most only change a few times a year.

The average cost of changes to slider wording etc is only $60 a slide for our developers time. ( for more involued changes contact us for price ) If you want to make changes to home page slider then please contact us.

If you want to change slider text or slider  images your self please login to admin area and go to:

  • revolution slider ( menu on left )
  • then click EDIT SLIDES
  • you will then see all slides within the slider
  • click EDIT SLIDE on the one you want to change
  • To change image: go to IMAGE BG and click CHANGE IMAGE ( make sure image is correct size before uploading – 1400px wide )
  • To change Text on slide: Click on text you want to change then under Layer General Parameters you will see text to change.
  • Go to Bottom of page and UPDATE SLIDE once changes made.

How to Add or Change your Testimonial page

HOW TO ADD A TESTIMONIAL

  • Go to pages.
  • Then click testimonials page.
  • Click on the  icon arrow number 2 is pointing to above.
  • This will make a COPY of  this testimonial and place below.
  • On this new copy, click on the  icon arrow number 1 is pointing to above.
  • Settings will pop up, simply override text with new testimonial details.
  • If there is an image within the testimonial, click on image, click pencil to edit and click REPLACE, and upload new image.

HOW TO CHANGE  A TESTIMONIAL

  • Go to pages
  • Then click testimonials page
  • Click on the  icon arrow number 1 is pointing to above.
  • Settings will pop up, simply modify testimonial details.
  • If there is an image within the testimonial, click on image, click pencil to edit and click REPLACE, and upload new image

HOME PAGE - How to make changes to home page sections

Go to pages and edit home page.

Scroll down and you will see the different page sections on home page.

Simply find the section you want to change, and click the settings icon ( 3 little lines ) .

The settings for this section will pop up, and you can make changes then.

HOME PAGE - How to update to your latest RPDATA links

 

Go to pages and edit home page.

scroll down until you get to REIQ LINKS SECTION

 

 

 

 

 

Then click on the settings for each of rpdata link and reiq link ( 3 lines across )

Once box pops up change the LINK URL to the new one. You will need to find the updated links to these new documents within your REIQ or RPDATA account. Just copy into LINK URL Once you have.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

MENU - How to change menu order or page names

Login to admin area and go to Appearance / Menus.

Change Menu Order: Simply move the boxes around, indenting a box will make it a submenu.

Change Menu Name: Click on a Box and change the Navigation Label Name.
